We had a very comfortable stay at a hotel in a prime Shibuya location. The twin room we stayed in was reasonably sized, a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels in Japan. Despite a few minor drawbacks like frosted windows and slower wifi, the bed was cozy. The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly, making our short notice stay easy. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was in a nice area near Shibuya crossroad, easy to explore the main attractions of this city. Being reasonably close to the station was also a huge plus for me, as it made transportation easy. The hotel facilities were great, with a water station in the room and a kettle provided. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the staff were super polite and hospitable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It is located in a quiet area but is super close to the buzz of the Shibuya area. We were able to walk to many shopping areas and it was convenient to access most train connections. The room was spacious and had enough space for our luggage. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were very accommodating. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurants, which offered a variety of delicious options. the hotel provided convenient facilities like a coin operated laundry service and vending machines.

The breakfast service was not worth the money and had limited options.

The hotel is located in an excellent area of Shibuya, right in the shopping district. It is perfect for those looking to explore and shop on a budget. The rooms are basic but clean and come with excellent amenities. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Plus, you can choose to have breakfast included, which is a great way to start the day.

Great location, just a short walk to the main streets and transportation hub. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had very limited hanging space and no wardrobes, difficult to unpack and store our belongings. there was a constant low pitched rumbling noise from the neighboring room's AC or water boiler that was quite intrusive and kept me awake at night.

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, close to Shibuya Station and attractions, quiet area with local bars and restaurants.
